Wilmer, 31, tweeted to Demi, 19, on Sept. 24, writing, “Just left @ddlovato’s LA concert.. No words to describe how proud I am of you.. Let your passion & self commitment inspire the world.” Demi even retweeted the sentiment — we were shocked!
