Demi Lovato‘s new album Unbroken documents many of her personal struggles, but she admits that recovery is a day-by-day process for her!
Demi, 19, says she is acutely aware of her struggles, The Associated Press reports.
“It’s a daily thing,” she says. “It’s a daily battle. I check in with many, many people every single day. I have a very strong treatment team and it’s actually kind of overwhelming sometimes to have that many people just focused on you and your problems.”
