Rob Pattinson’s co-star, Paul Giamatti, is a critically acclaimed actor, who says Rob has an incredible performance in ‘Cosmopolis!’ We cannot wait to see him!
Rob Pattison, who is widely known for his past roles in Twilight and Remember Me, has been receiving rave reviews from his co-star Paul Giamatti on his new role in Cosmopolis, who says “he nailed the role.”
The new film, based on the novel, is set to release next year and from what Paul is saying, it sounds like we are in for a thrill.
Paul Giamatti told MTV News, “He seemed absolutely great. It’s a very, very tricky part, and he was really at home with it.”
He added, “I was really impressed.”
Rob plays a dark character who, while young and rich, spends many of his spare moments hoping in and out of his car sleeping with women and getting into fights with strangers. Sounds like a different person from the shy, romantic character we are used to.
Do YOU think Rob is going to be great in Cosmopolis or will you always prefer him as Edward in Twilight?

Finally!
I’m so glad you’ve printed something like this, HL. Something positive! Yay! Who did this – Tazanna. Thank you, Tazanna. I get so fed up with all the crap printed about Rob because he is such a hardworking actor, and so skilled at his craft. I would much prefer to talk about his acting or music than the usual dribble printed here.
I cannot wait to see Cosmopolis. First, I think the role will be really interesting and I’m looking forward to seeing Rob in something different. Second, it’s a Cronenberg film, of which I am also a big fan. I haven’t read the book, I’ll get to it, but this character sounds warped. They’ll make a great team – Rob and David Cronenberg, it’s a win-win.
I’m also really looking forward to seeing Rob in Bel Ami, and I hope they don’t water the character down for fear of upsetting some of his fans. David Cronenberg won’t do that – he makes films for the art of the film.
I like Edward – no, I like Rob as Edward. But I prefer him in other roles, mainly because the whole Twilight thing is like, enough already. I loved Remember Me; I loved that movie. And of course, Water for Elephants I loved that one too.
