Brad stopped Matt Lauer in his tracks during an interview and declared ‘I live outside of that!’ Oh really?
Brad Pitt has been so rude to Jennifer Aniston in recent interviews, and even as he continues to try and defend himself, he still sounds super cruel!
Brad, 47, sat down with Matt Lauer on The Today Show Sept. 22 and tried to defend his incendiary words about Jen.
“She’s good people,” he said. “She, you know, there, there should be a statute of limitations on this.”
Perhaps the most shocking part of the interview was when Brad shut down Matt when he tried to recount the quotes in question.
“No, I, you know, please don’t read it,” Brad said. “Because I don’t read these things, by choice, I don’t. I don’t wanna be encumbered by any of that. I know my intentions, and I know what I believe, and I know things get misconstrued. I live outside of, of that, and it’s much healthier.”
Brad did say this uproar has inspired him to keep much more guarded in interviews.
“Don’t talk,” he said. “I don’t wanna live on guard and I should be more on guard, I guess … it’s always been a part of the territory. I’ve got a knack for stepping into s–t. And it’s OK. It’s alright.”
What do you think, HollywoodLifers — is Brad the sleaziest ex-husband ever?
