They both ran into the music icon at New York Fashion and the Biebs was bowled over by the cute toddler.
Matthew told HollyBaby.com exclusively, “I took my daughter to (the) Dolce & Gabbana (show). Justin Bieber kissed her wrist and tickled her belly. Amazing.”
