shocking that these so called “photographers” are getting away with what would send any other person to prison. If I were to take photos of ladies just to get pics of their panties I would go to jail immediately and be branded a sex offender. So whats the hold up? How come these dirt bag perverted photographers get to take panty pics and look up girls skirts but not get arrested?
