For all intents and purposes, the first film installment of The Hunger Games has wrapped shooting. However, a reporter in North Carolina tweeted some interesting news Sept. 14 — there are going to be some pick up shots done in October!
“#hungergames reshoots in Charlotte will occur in October,” reporter Russ Bowen wrote.
He also said, “#hungergames back at Dupont State Forest now through September 27th,” but quickly retracted the statement, explaining he wasn’t sure if it was the correct film or not.
Meanwhile, the LA Times posted this new photo of Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen in what appears to be the arena. The story goes on to explain that The Hunger Games is the most expensive movie Lions Gate has ever made at nearly $100 million.
