The supermodel stuck out her belly at best pal Stella McCartney’s birthday bash last night, Sept. 13 — and sent baby gossips into a spin!

Newlwed Kate Moss has fueled rumors she’s expecting her second child, by showing off a tell-tale baby bump during a night out in London. What do you think — is she pregnant?

There have been false alarms in the past — in 2009, Kate complained her friends were forever calling her and asking “are you pregnant” after she’d been photographed sporting a few extra pounds.

But we think she might actually be expecting a baby this time. Just look at that bump!

Add to that the fact the 37-year-old — mommy to eight-year-old daughter Lila Grace — had guests whispering at her July 1 wedding when they spotted a tiny tummy under her John Galliano gown.

And new hubby Jamie Hince has made no secret of his desire to start a family with his new bride! He told newspaper News of the World earlier this year,  “I definitely want kids. I’m forty f**king two, I’m getting on.”
