The shocking burst of green eyeshadow, black and metallic green eyeliner and thick lashes were a stunning look that you can tone down for everyday!

Stila pro makeup artist, Kaci Harabedian, described the look as she worked on a model backstage, using all Stila makeup for the show by Beauty.com. The inspiration was a mix of The Secret Garden meets 60’s glamour! Find out how it was done.

Kaci started by using Stila’s In The Garden eyeshadow palette (which will be available for the holiday season) and packing the minty teal shade, Mystic, all over the lid from the “lash line all the way up to the brow bone … faded up, so it’s a little heavier in the lash line.”

Next, she took the Stila Smudge Pot in black to line the eyes close to the lash line, going over that with the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in black.

“It almost looks like leather on the eye, so I just take it over the cat eye that I started to create to give it that really high shine effect,” explains Kaci.

For some sparkle, she applies Stila Sparkle Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Electric to create the effect of “water droplets on leaves.”

The inner rims are lightly lined with the Stila Kajal Eye Liner in Topaz to open up and brighten the eyes.

Finally, she finished the look with thick coats of Stila GlamourEyes Mascara on the top and bottom lashes.

This may seem like quite a few products, but to try the look at home, just use as many as you like to get your desired look. If you want to go all out, use them all! If you’re in for a quicker look, stick with just the Mystic shadow, Sparkle Eye Liner and a few coats of mascara. These green shades will be everywhere this spring!
