Let’s examine the facts.
Justin wants to be married with kids by the time he is 25. We know he’s devoted to Selena — he follows her around while she’s on tour, takes her on cute dates and even DJs for her friends. Why shouldn’t he propose in a few years?
And we know Selena is devoted to him — she performed with his name written on her wrist. (Don’t worry, it’s just a Henna tattoo.)
These two, while definitely still establishing themselves in their respective careers, have a good idea of who they are and who they want to become. They aren’t just young kids with no direction in their lives, clinging to each other as they age to hold onto the “good old days.”
Plus, they both understand what it’s like under the microscope of fame. Growing up as a tween prince and princess isn’t easy. But who better to share a life with than someone who knows exactly what you went through as a teenager?
Besides, it’s not unheard of for high school sweethearts to get married. Since Justin and Selena are in their own type of high school, there’s no reason to think they couldn’t make it work!
It’s a long shot, for sure. But these two love each other, and given time, maturity and the ability to grow in their relationship, they could be in it for the long haul!
