The mom-to-be is working out four to five times a week so that she can enjoy her high-calorie cravings!
“Jen’s pregnancy cravings are cookies and cheese puffs,” the actress’ friend admits to In Touch magazine. “She knows those calories add up!”
So that’s why she’s making sure she breaks a sweat four to five times a week!
Her friend adds that Jen, 39, is meeting with her personal trainer constantly, making sure she stays healthy and in shape throughout her pregnancy.
“She’s exercising so she can eat and still stay fit,” her pal says. Good idea!
