Bows, lace and ruffle-layered skirts were spotted on runway, and we couldn’t help but think Jason must have had Blair Waldorf in mind when designing the collection – she’d be a perfect fit for these frocks!
Blair (Leighton Meester) is known for her impeccable sense of style. And even though she’s grown out of her hair bows, Jason Wu‘s spring collection sported belted bows that would be perfect for the soon-to-be Princess!
The collection featured an array of solid-printed gowns wrapped with feminine touches of bows and lace. Most of the gowns had an A-line silhouette, layered in ruffles.
These high-fashion looks could be taken directly from the runway to the set of Gossip Girl. Or even Michelle Obama‘s closet — he is the First Lady’s favorite designer, after all. Jason definitely knows how to dress women of power!
