Tadashi Shoji has been praised for his ability to make his contemporary designs still special occasion worthy, and his latest collection for Spring 2012 is no exception! The models walked the runway in an array of cocktail and evening wear that varied in a colorful but pale palette.
Though the collection was all solids, the looks remained vibrant and exciting with the colors looking hand painted onto the fabric — a technique that reflects Tadashi’s begginings as a painter.
With more conservative necklines and pretty tiered ruffle skirts we cold totally see the looks on some of our favorite teen stars — or Taylor Swift, anyone?
I can’t wait to see who is sporting Tadashi Shoji on the red caret this spring season!
