Do you think Stefan will fall prey to his ex-girlfriend, or will he stay faithful to Elena?
“Stelena” fans beware: Stefan (Paul Wesley) may be hunting alongside Klaus (Joseph Morgan) when The Vampire Diaries returns for its third season, but it’s not long before Stefan ends up being the one who is hunted! Enter his ex-girlfriend Becky (aka “Bex”), played by Pretty Little Liars‘ Claire Holt.
According to the official description for the season’s third episode, titled “The End of the Affair,” Stefan’s ex “hasn’t really moved on from her interest in him decades earlier. In a flashback to Chicago in the 1920s, Stefan comes face-to-face with a shocking chapter from his wild past.”
That’s right, folks, Stefan’s got another crazy ex on the loose.
Here are some other tidbits from episode three:
– Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) are hot on Stefan’s trail, after getting a tip on his and Klaus’ location “from an unexpected source.”
– Tyler (Michael Trevino) turns to Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) when he begins to worry about Caroline (Candice Accola.)
But here’s the million dollar question: Will Stefan be able to resist Bex’s come-ons, or will his “Ripper” side take over and make him forget all about Elena?

Ummm, are they even together right now? I’m pretty sure abandoning everything, living on human blood, becoming a ripper again and leaving with the vampire who wanted to kill your girlfriend kind of qualifies as an end of a relationship… But maybe that’s just me.
Btw, I’m not really looking forward to this new girl. Did they really have to bring another girl into Stefan’s life who still wants him? Wasn’t Katherine enough?
If he’s gonna “cheat” on Elena with someone, I hope it’ll be Katherine.
