Megan Fox Got Her Curves Back — And Here's How She Did It! Doesn't She Look Healthier?

Megan Fox dishes on how she got her killer curves back!

Last year Hollywood’s resident hottie dwindled down to skin and bones. Tired of being criticized for her shrinking frame, Megan Fox changed her diet to get her enviable curves back.

“For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables,” she told Amica magazine. “No bread, no sugar and coffee. But I had lost too much weight.”

We talked to Megan’s personal trainer Harley Pasternak back in January, who said that the A-list stunner actually struggles putting on weight because she has an extremely fast metabolism. During their workouts, he focuses on toning, sculpting, and weight training to build up her lean muscle tissue.

“With her its really about she’s eating enough of the right things. People thought ‘Oh she must be anorexic’ but she’s far from that!” said Harley.

It seems that some people do have it all, not only is she blessed with exceptional bone structure but she also has fat burning genes! Tell us what YOU think! Do you think Megan looks healthier with a little more meat on her bones?

She was just starving herself basically. That’s not what the vegan diet is. I am vegan and I sure don’t look like her. I have curves to my shape and and I don’t get them from eating meat and dairy.

Megan you were staving your self you look so much better like this than you use to look at first you looked anorexic so eat more

Megan Fox was not eating a vegan diet. She was eating a raw salad diet. She was not eating bread, pasta, whole grains, nuts, or any of the nutritious foods that make up a vegan diet. She was starving herself.

The fact that there are entire cultures representing millions of people who have lived and thrived for centuries without meat is enough evidence that humans do not “need” it to survive and thrive. In fact, the evidence weighs heavily in the other direction, i.e., the hazards of a meat and dairy diet and the benefits of a vegan diet are well known in the medical and scientific community.

Also, there are hundreds of famous top level athletes -even Olympians- who are vegetarian or vegan. “Olympian of the Century” track star Carl Lewis, for one. If Lewis can sustain his olympic health on a vegan diet, then so can Megan Fox. She was simply, doing it all wrong.
