Lady Gaga isn’t keeping quiet about her disdain for fellow artists who go under the knife— but as the above image illustrates, she has no qualms wearing five prosthetic breasts!
In a new interview appearing in Harper’s Bazaar‘s October issue, the singer says, “I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have.” Um, names please, Gaga!
She continues, “I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification.”
And Gaga, 25, doesn’t limit her wrath to musicians—she also takes aim at models and actresses. She asks the journalist, “And how many models and actresses do you see on magazine covers who have brand-new faces and have had plastic surgery, while I myself have never had any plastic surgery?”
Gaga thumbs her nose up at those who expect her to look a certain way. “I have the ability and the free will to choose the way the world will envision me.”
Take that, haters!

If she’s against plastic surgeries, why wear make-up? Why fix your face when it has pimples, cuts, etc.? Plastic surgery is just a more expensive beauty enhancement. If I have the money, I’ll get plastic surgery. Maybe some fat injections to my cheeks. hehehe

Thats funny coming from someone who wears more makeup and clothes that make herself look like NOT herself.
Same as plastic surgery, accept for she can remove it to look like herself.
Come on GaGa you speak of tolerance and for people being who they are and who they want to be.

I don’t “promote” plastic surgery or anything but I also think it’s unfair to say it’s promoting insecurity. To go under the knife is a very personal decision. And many people who have it, including myself, have very positive outcomes. I feel like plastic surgery shouldn’t be SUGGESTED…. but only one’s personal decision if they feel uncomfortable with a part of themselves. Some people might go about it the wrong way, but some of us do it for personal reasons and don’t go overboard.
