Kelly, did you get dressed in the dark? The stylish star stepped out in a very interesting get-up — did you like her outfit?

We’re not too sure exactly what look Kelly Osbourne was going for when she was recently caught in this particular ensemble. Wearing a graphic tank top, layered underneath a black and red button-up and a light denim vest, paired with cut-offs, a huge belt and flip flops Kelly has a lot going on!

From the waist up she’s totally raging with early 90′s Kurt Cobaine coolness, and the red hair bow, cat-eyed shades and fire-truck red lips are definitely rockin’, but the floral print cut-offs and bulky belt totally threw us for a loop.

Who knows, maybe Kelly was going for the thrown together look. What do you think? Does her mismatched get-up totally work or should the star totally toss the outfit?
