Victoria Beckham Is On A Crash Diet To Lose All Her Baby Weight In Time For NY Fashion Week! Find Out What She's Eating!

The fashionista is desperate to look her best when she unveils her Spring 2012 designs on Sept. 11 — and she’s ‘practically starving herself’ just weeks after she gave birth to baby daughter Harper Seven.

Wonder where Victoria Beckham has been since she had her baby? She’s been locked away on a top secret mission to lose 30 pounds in just 30 days, so she can look fabulous at New York Fashion Week! Is that a good idea so soon after giving birth?

Victoria’s been hiding out until she feels comfortable showing of her body again,” a source tells Star Magazine. “She wants Fashion Week to be her coming out party.”

“She is practically starving herself… following a mixture of superstrict programs including the Five Hands Diet, where she’s allowed only five handfuls of food a day.”

What exactly IS she eating?

Star‘s source reveals, “She has blueberries for breakfast, steamed sea bass with green vegetables for lunch and watercress soup for dinner. She’s also snacking on king prawns to rev up her metabolism.”

Victoria’s not just eating healthy — she’s working out rigorously too!

“Victoria’s doing high-powered cardio workouts – including an hour on the treadmill, swimming, kickboxing and squats!” the source explains.

Wow — that is one dedicated mama!

So self absorbed!! Why even have a baby? I would rather spend all that time bonding with my new baby! We all need to eat healthy and exercise so get a jogging stroller and take your baby on walks. There is more to life than fitting back on your clothes.

Thanks Polly ! What is wrong with you? Do you even write what you are posting or copy paste what you read here and there. What she eats is not a healthy and well balanced amount of food. Stop looking at celebrities saying she dropped all her baby weight if she is starving herself of course she did and it is not healthier than eating a balanced diet with fair amount of fat and not loosing a pound. I am in France and they talk about the mommyrexia going on in USA . I am all for a balanced diet and not taking 50 pounds during a pregnancy but not encouraging dangerous behavior just keep throwing up your pizza without anyone knowing but stop the crazy articles.

i hate america. only here would it be okay to shun women for being fat after they have kids, pay them less for being mothers or worse, deny them employment, tell them to stop whining about their dead children, and not allow them to have half the time they need for maternity leave.

you’re also forgetting she’s breastfeeding Harper so she needs a certain amount of calories a day to produce enough milk to feed the baby. 30lbs is what a normal woman having a single child is supposed to gain when there’s no complications unless they’re under weight than it’s supposed to be about 40lbs. @Polly I couldn’t agree with you more the health of baby harper should matter more to Victoria than Fashion week does

She is so ridiculous. Why did she have a baby if it was going to interfere so much? How does she have time for all the exercising? I know she has help but when does she spend time with her boys and baby not to mention her husband? She looks so unhappy all the time.

A handfull of blueberries is a “eating healthy”? I don’t know much about this diet, but what I do know is that if she has lost this much weight this quickly, it can’t be healthy. Healthy weight loss is one to two pounds weekly. Also, if she is nursing she needs to eat more than this for her baby’s sake, to heck with fashion week!
