Victoria Beckham Is On A Crash Diet To Lose All Her Baby Weight In Time For NY Fashion Week! Find Out What She's Eating!

The fashionista is desperate to look her best when she unveils her Spring 2012 designs on Sept. 11 — and she’s ‘practically starving herself’ just weeks after she gave birth to baby daughter Harper Seven.

Wonder where Victoria Beckham has been since she had her baby? She’s been locked away on a top secret mission to lose 30 pounds in just 30 days, so she can look fabulous at New York Fashion Week! Is that a good idea so soon after giving birth?

Victoria’s been hiding out until she feels comfortable showing of her body again,” a source tells Star Magazine. “She wants Fashion Week to be her coming out party.”

“She is practically starving herself… following a mixture of superstrict programs including the Five Hands Diet, where she’s allowed only five handfuls of food a day.”

What exactly IS she eating?

Star‘s source reveals, “She has blueberries for breakfast, steamed sea bass with green vegetables for lunch and watercress soup for dinner. She’s also snacking on king prawns to rev up her metabolism.”

Victoria’s not just eating healthy — she’s working out rigorously too!

“Victoria’s doing high-powered cardio workouts — including an hour on the treadmill, swimming, kickboxing and squats!” the source explains.

Wow — that is one dedicated mama!
