It’s been an eventful year for Charlie Sheen… to say the least — but he’s made it to another birthday!

The dad of five has been in the news for all the wrong reasons, after trashing a hotel room, getting himself fired from Two-And-A-Half Men and shacking up with two porn stars.His parenting credentials have also been brought in to question –with the suggestion he’s gone weeks without seeing Bob and Max, his two year old twins with Brooke Mueller.

He’s also spent the last year battling with both his baby mamas, Brooke and Denise Richards — the mother of his daughters Sam, 7 and Lola, 5.

But somehow Charlie seems to have pulled it all together in recent weeks.

There’s talk of a a new TV show, a reconciliation with recent ex Brooke and even Denise is singing his praises.

Most recently he moved both his families into houses right next door to his LA home — just in time for a special birthday party in his honor!

We hope Charlie has a great birthday and gets the chance to celebrate with ALL his kids!
