It’s no secret that Jessica Simpson’s fashion empire has been successful, but now she’s about to take on a slightly different role. The buxom blonde is partnering with the new shopping site, Beautymint.com to sell a skincare line. Will it be a hit or miss?
Jessica Simpson has a successful fashion line, but is beauty really her forte?
Beachmint.com, the e-commerce site that expands shopping outlets online, has found great success launching their other shopping sites Jewelmint.com and Stylemint.com. Jewelmint.com is represented by Kate Bosworth and her stylist Cher Coulter and have sold affordable pieces of jewelry to the public. Stylemint.com sells t-shirts that Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen created that have thrived on their site.
Beautymint.com will feature a skincare line created by Jessica and celebrity aesthetician Nerida Joy. But will Jessica’s have the same amount of success as the other sites? Jessica’s beauty credentials range from being a spokesperson for Proactiv and most recently her TV show on VH1 called The Price of Beauty, where she traveled all over the world to meet everyday women and learned about their beauty and fashion styles.
