Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham’s oldest child is eight today and you know what that means — first dates!

But surprisingly, Mark Wahlberg has already had to deal with Ella Rae‘s affection for boys — including Justin Bieber and Greyson Chance! The adorable little girl is smitten and has been bitten by the Bieber bug!

“I get him on the phone and I was like, ‘Hold on, I got to get her on the three way,’” says Mark of Bieber. “He was supposed to call on the first day but he was busy, he didn’t call, she was so upset, she was devastated crying.” Oh no Bieber!

But that’s OK, it allowed one of Ella’s classmates to step in and ask her on a date!

“She gave a boy in her class my cell phone number, he calls me and says, ‘Hey, Mr. Wahlberg, I’m taking your daughter to the movies.’ I’m like what? Seven years old! I say at least seven more years,” says Mark, 39. That little guy has guts! But clearly Mark’s completely wrapped around his daughter’s finger because he eventually caved and let them go see the Disney movie Tangled.

We hope Mark can keep Ella away from the boys long enough so she can grow up! Happy Birthday Ella!
