Marc denies the split was ‘sensationalistic’ — he says their marriage just ran its course! Do you believe him? PLUS read what he had to say about moving on from Jennifer.
“I’ll tell you the split wasn’t sensationalistic,” he said.
Marc denies any infidelity on either side, and said he’s fed up with the lies and misinformation of journalists, especially those who link him romantically to Jada Pinkett Smith. “It’s laughable,” he revealed. “We’ve [all] been friends for years […] What bother’s me is the affect it has on [Will and Jada’s] family … their loved ones.”
“[I’ve cheated with] the pilot, the flight attendant — I’ve heard it all,” he said. “Celeb watching is a sport.”
Overall, he said the split was not very dramatic and he’s keeping his priorities in check.
“It was a realization on both our parts,” he said. “It wasn’t shocking — these things happen. It’s a decision we made jointly. I’ll always love Jennifer and she knows that. The important thing is that she knows that and my kids know that.” He also said they would continue to work together on their clothing line and other partnerships. “We’re partners for life,” he exclaimed.
So if he and Jennifer are on such amicable terms, does that mean he’s ready to move on and date again? “That’s like asking a boxer in the twelfth round if he’s going to retire or not. … He’ll always say, ‘I’m done. I’m done.’ You know what I mean? And then two weeks later is when you ask him. So give me my two weeks.”
What do you think, HollywoodLifers — is Marc being honest about his infidelity or is he hiding most of the lurid details?
