What did you think of her high-waisted pants?

Looks like red is all the rage for the upcoming fall season as an abundance of celebrities have been stomping around in red frocks, tops, and bottoms lately — with the latest being former Dancing With The Stars dancer and Footloose Julianne Hough!

The star was spotted wearing high-waisted red trousers with a white and red polka dot top, paired with a deep red lip. While high-waisted pants are all the rage, is the look a bit frumpy on the petite star?

We love that rich and radiant hues of red are so in this year but too much red can become overbearing.  Is Julianne’s look a victim of too much red?  Or is it just the right amount of saucy?  What do you think?
