The rapper jumped for joy when he found out his best pals were expecting a baby — and has already started shopping for baby presents!
Kanye West had extra reason to celebrate Beyonce and Jay-z’s big baby bump reveal at the MTV VMAs on Sunday, August 28 — he’s been asked to be Godfather to their baby!
“Kanye is as excited about the baby as Beyonce and Jay-Z,” an insider tells The Sun. “He’s been saying he’s going to be Godfather. It will be a huge honor for him.”
We loved watching Kanye at the VMAs, leaping around in the audience with Jay-Z when Beyonce unbuttoned her jacket and started rubbing her bump.
He’s clearly close to the parents-to-be — he’s about to head out on tour with Jay-Z in October — and we think Kanye’s going to make a great Godparent!

Kanye is an arrogant bastard, I wont event listen to his music. They would be better off choosing Casey Anthony. I think my opinion of Beyonce and Jay-Z has changed now. Yuk.
