Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake seem to have rekindled their relationship after breaking up last spring — and here’s how they can make it last!

Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake were spotted riding bikes and eating out in Toronto, Canada Aug. 28, where on-lookers said they looked to have re-fallen in love! How sweet! Relationship Expert Philip Dembo tells that Justin, 30, and Jessica, 29, can have an “even better and stronger relationship the second time around!”

“In order for it to be better the second time around, they both need to understand why they broke up to begin with and be willing to resolve those issues from the first time around,” the expert says.

According to Dr. Dempo, there are three major ingredients Jessica and Justin can use to create a long lasting relationship the second time around:

  • Communicate: “The intention to communicate and resolve thru any and all issues.”
  • Commit: “Commitment — which means, especially in Hollywood, to represent your partner when you are not together. That means you don’t act single when you aren’t with that person. In Hollywood, you often find yourself in intimate professional settings for long periods of time away from your partner. Because of this, it’s important that when you are away from your partner that you represent yourself as a part of a couple — otherwise everybody falls in love with everybody that he/she co-stars in a movie with, which could have been the case with Justin and Mila.”
  • Find alone time: “Find time to ritualizie your relationship, which means you find time to be alone with your partner, to be romantic, to create new experiences and keep the energy alive.”
  • Dr. Dempo adds, “It’s also important to keep your relationship as private as possible if you are a celebrity couple, which is what Justin was attempting to do when he was quoted in an interview saying, ‘In my 30 years, she is the most special person, OK? I just don’t want to say much more, because I have to protect things that are dear to me – for instance, her.’ In this statement Justin was trying to keep the essence of Jessica private and he was trying to keep the esssence of their relationship private — which is important when you are both public figures.”
