The songstress is convinced she has the experience to steer Sean and Jayden through the pitfalls of fame — and help them avoid all the mistakes she made!
Britney Spears will encourage her sons Sean Preston, 5, and Jayden James, 4, to pursue careers in showbiz, as long as she can be their manager! Is she doing the right thing?
“I’d definitely keep an eye on them, but if that’s what they wanted to do then I’d let them go after it. I’d just be very protective,” Britney, 29, tells PopJustice.com.
The singer found fame as a child star on Disney‘s The New Mickey Mouse Club, before launching her pop career as a teenager.
Britney’s experienced the downsides of celebrity, losing custody of Sean and Jayden in 2007 after suffering a meltdown and shaving her head!
But, she’s convinced that puts her in the perfect place to help her sons cope with fame: “I’d just have to trust that they have the instincts to know what’s right and wrong and help guide them along the way,” she says. “I think I have the experience.”

First off .. she said nothing about being their “manager”. She said she’d watch out for them. But way to SPIN a story… nice work from the writers standpoint… but come on hollywoodlife, you’re competing with a lot of really really great websites that don’t pull stuff out of their.. u know what
