Halle Berry Accuses Gabriel Aubry Of Violating Their Custody Deal Over Nahla!

The nasty battle over custody of three-year-old isn’t easing up — the actress has launched a new offensive on her model ex.

Halle Berry has filed legal papers asking a court to hold Gabriel Aubry in contempt for violating their custody agreement over three-year-old daughter Nahla, What has he done wrong?Halle’s lawyer Neal Hersh hasn’t revealed what accusations are being leveled at Gabriel — but it’s not the first time she’s taken aim at the model.

Back in June, Halle, 44, claimed Gabriel had violated the custody deal by putting Nahla at risk! She submitted a huge dossier analyzing the 34-year-old’s allegedly neglectful parenting skills!

It’s been all out war between this pair since they first started fighting over Nahla earlier this year. And most of the aggression seems to come from Halle.

The fighting MUST be having an affect on Nahla. Should this pair stop bickering, sit down and come to a FRIENDLY agreement for the sake of their daughter?

Seems like Halle’s kind of being a bitch about the custody thing. Let me tell you, she should put her daughter’s needs first and that includes her father. She needs to find a way to get over her issues and parent as a cohesive unit. It’s so sad that she consistently attacks her daughters father. First it was because she didn’t feel like he could raise a “black” child. Um last time I checked Halle’s also half white along with her child’s father that makes her daughter only a quarter black. She should know all sides of her heritage from top to bottom and the only way she’ll learn is with both parents to teach her about it.

I wonder if Halle’s challenges with her own father have influenced her decisions. I believe her father left her mom when Halle was young. I feel so badly for her daughter.
