Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans appeared in court on Aug. 24 to face her probation violation charges. Good news for Jenelle — she won’t be going to jail today!
“It was continued,” Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollyBaby.com exclusively. “We want to see how she does … if she makes progress.”
Jenelle better stay away from marijuana and her ex-boyfriend Kieffer Delp until her next hearing. If she does, she might just luck out. If not, her second chance at freedom may be rescinded.
Her next court date for her probation violations case is set for Sept. 28 — but Jenelle she will be fighting her video-fight case on Sept. 9.
