According to In Touch Weekly, Will and Jada have decided to end their 13-year-marriage.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are calling it quits, In Touch Weekly reports. How sad!

The couple, who have been married for 13 years, have two children — Willow and Jaden. Will has another son, Trey, from a previous relationship.

TMZ spoke to Jada’s rep who neither denied nor confirmed the news. “What? In Touch said that? I know nothing about this … Lord. I’m going back to bed.”

This split, if true, comes as a surprise. Jada told Ebony back in 2009 that divorce was not an option.

“When Will asked me to get married, I said, ‘Understand this, there will be no divorce. So, you might be in one bedroom and I might be in another, but we’re gonna be under the same roof and we’re gonna be married,’” she said.

Will’s oldest son Trey denied the reports that his dad and Jada are divorcing, but Jada’s rep gave an interesting statement to ET.

“Everything about the Marc Anthony story is completely false, but we are not commenting on whether [Will and Jada] are separating or not,” Karynne Tencer said, addressing rumors that Jada hooked up with Marc on the set of Hawthorne.
