The official toxicology report reveals she DID have alcohol in her system, but doesn’t explain whether or not that caused her tragic death.

After months of speculation, the “toxicology results returned to the Winehouse family by authorities have confirmed that there were no illegal substances in [Amy Winehouse's] system at the time of her death,” according to a statement from Amy’s spokesperson.

It continued: “Results indicate that alcohol was present but it cannot be determined as yet if it played a role in her death.”
