During a fan Q-and-A in New Jersey, Selena Gomez politely declined a fan’s request for her phone number…and we love her excuse!
Everyone knows celebrities can’t give out their phone numbers, but Selena Gomez got creative when she explained why she couldn’t give an adoring fan her digits.
“What’s your phone number?” a little boy yelled to 19-year-old Selena during a Q-and-A at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey before her We Own the Night concert Aug. 20.
Always very poised, Selena simply smiled and said, “I don’t know if my boyfriend would like that.”
Immediately, the girls in the audience started oohing and ahhing at the very thought of Justin Bieber and Selena smiled, but quickly moved on with the session.
Justin actually skipped Kim Kardashian‘s wedding to be with Selena during her tour on the East Coast, which was super sweet of him.
