It’s been revealed that newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Welsh home is located in an “earthquake hot spot”—but, danger aside, experts say it may actually spice up their sex life!
In fact, a small quake struck their Anglesey, Wales, home on Aug. 7!
“It measured just 0.8 magnitude but Anglesey is a major earthquake hotspot,” Davie Galloway of the British Geological Survey said. “Anglesey is criss-crossed by a lot of faults and the earthquakes can strike at any time.”
But it could be good news for William and Kate’s sex life. According to the U.K.’s Daily Star, “sex experts said that romping during danger is a massive turn-on for lovers as it sends adrenaline into overdrive.” Lucky them!
And it seems that the recent small quake isn’t much of an anomaly, so William and Kate can look forward to lots more adrenaline-pumping nights in Anglesey, where William is stationed with the Royal Air Force. “There have been dozens in Anglesey in the past decade,” said Davie of the region’s earthquakes.
Anglesey was rocked by a quake of 5.4 on the Richter Scale in 1984, the biggest in the UK.
