Gwyneth Paltrow insists she’s still sworn off implants, fillers and ALMOST all cosmetic surgery, but she’d consider a boob lift, if it means correcting the damage her kids Apple, 7, and Moses, 5, caused when she nursed them!
“Before I didn’t care about it. And I still refuse to use silicone, Botox or other of those gimmicks out of pure vanity,” Gwyneth tells OK! Germany. “But a breast correction after breast feeding — why not?”

Hypocrite! Never liked her and this is another reason why. She talks a lot of bad things about what other people do but look at her now… She wants to do what they have been doing.
