The remains have not been identified, but cops are convinced it’s the BreeAnn. A neighbor has been arrested and charged with murder after confessing he killed her!

BreeAnn Rodriguez disappeared on August 6 while riding her bike outside her parents’ Senath, Missouri home. How sad the search for BreeAnn has ended in tragedy.The toddler’s parents were initially suspected of being involved in her disappearance, after they both failed police polygraph tests. But police quickly turned their attention to neighbor Shawn Morgan, who has since confessed to her murder.

In a signed affadavit the 43-year-old told police he saw Rodriguez by his swimming pool on August 6, suffocated her with a plastic bag and discarded her body in threw her body off a highway bridge.

His confession led police to BreeAnn’s body.

Morgan has been charged with murder, armed criminal action and tampering with physical evidence in the case.

Dunklin County Sheriff Bob Holder confirms, “We are saddened to confirm our fears but glad we were able to recover her for her parents.”
