Taylor’s husband was found dead on Aug. 15 and now his ex-wife Barbara Frederickson is attacking Taylor during this difficult time — isn’t this just wrong?
The last thing Taylor Armstrong needs right now is her late husband’s ex-wife running her mouth. Barbara Frederickson was married to Russell Armstrong in 1997 and they had a son, Aiden, now 13-years-old together. But instead of offering sympathy and grieving with her own family, she chose to speak out to RadarOnline make some incredibly insensitive and defamatory remarks.
“I don’t care for [Taylor] at all,” Barbara says. “I think she’s the reason for this.”
What a sick thing to say. Taylor filed for divorce last month citing irreconcilable differences, and sources tell HollywoodLife.com that Taylor is “beside herself and devastated ” by Russell’s suicide. Taylor and Russell had a daughter Kennedy, 5, together.
“She’s not who she says she is and I told him to please be careful with this woman … I warned him” Barbara ranted. “She’s bad news and she drove him into this … I don’t think it was the show. I think she [Taylor] drove him into financial stress and it just ruined him.”
Barbara had at one point issued a restraining order against Russell after citing abuse against her and her son Aiden.
“Russell threw me to the ground and slapped me across the face,” Barbara said in court documents filed in 2004. “The police were called to Russell’s and my residence during our marriage because Russell hit me, blackened my eyes, kicked me in the back, threw crystal drinking glasses at me, and spit on me.”
Sadly Russell has three kids, now left without a father : son Aiden, 13 with Barbara, son Griffin, 11 with former fiancée Milette Fields and daughter Kennedy, 5, with Taylor.

In stead of siting her bashing Taylor. First its a show in which we all only see what bits and pieces Bravo puts together and not a clear picture. This woman yes, should be at home with her son, at his time of need of losing his father. Not bashing Taylor. She knows that Russell was abusive! There are court documents that she had filed. Obviously this woman is trying to get her 15 minutes. It is truly awful that people act like this. Russell was a coward to think that killing himself was a way out. He should have gotten HELP!!
