If you’ve NEVER missed an episode of ‘Glee,’ sung along with Rachel belting ‘Don’t Rain on My Parade’ and cried when Kurt’s dad almost died — then you can’t miss ‘Glee 3D’
Glee 3-D is a straight-up concert film and that’s it. I was a little bummed that it wasn’t more like Justin Bieber‘s Never Say Never, which took you behind the scenes into his offstage life AND also gave you the full enchilada on how Justin Bieber became Justin Bieber, when he was three-years-old.
You don’t get any of that with Glee- 3D. You barely get to hear any of the actors/singers out of their characters. Even backstage in makeup, they are Artie, Kurt, Brittany, Quinn and Finn.
But what you do get is a front row seat at a fabulous Glee concert, for only $13 a ticket.
It’s also sweet to see how Glee has empowered “nerds” and “losers” everywehere — though mostly in middle and high school — and it’s inspiring to see the Glee fans speak.
So Gleeks — go for it!
