Kim Kardashian’s pre-wedding preparations took a bit of a somber note Monday, when she brought fiance Kris Humphries to her father’s gravesite.
But in typical Kardashian style, the visit was atypical: Somber? No way: Kim was full of smiles. Just the two of them? Yah, right: The pair were followed by cameras.
Decked out in a navy long-sleeve top and a short black skirt, Kim brought Kris to her late father Robert’s grave at L.A.’s Inglewood Cemetery. Robert, one of O.J. Simpson‘s attorneys, passed away in 2003 at 59, just eight weeks after learning he had cancer of the esophagus.
During their visits, Kim was spotted leaning on Kris—whom she’s marrying Aug. 20 in California—and holding his hand.
Just last month, before Father’s Day, Kim wrote on her blog of her late father, “I miss my dad. Cherish the time u have with your parents, u never know what life brings.”
