Although Jenelle Evans’s latest probation violation won’t give her MORE jail time, it’s making it much harder for the state to find her innocent!
Jenelle Evans is continuing to dig herself into a deeper and deeper hole — and her latest probation violation might be the final straw between her and jail for 45 days, her attorney Dustin Sullivan tells Hollybaby.com.
The 19-year-old Teen Mom 2 star was arrested again Monday, Aug. 8 after testing positive for marijuana, which violates her probation. This is her second violation…which means the judge probably won’t be very lenient with her when she goes to court Aug. 24. Thankfully, her pending jail time will not be increased, says her lawyer.
“Jenelle will not be facing any more jail time in addition to the 45 days from the first violation,” Sullivan says. “She has the choice to plead guilty or not guilty. If she pleads not guilty, it will turn into a hearing. If she pleads guilty or is found guilty, she will have two charges on her record permanently.”
The charges will be probation violation and drug paraphernalia possession. Do YOU think Jenelle will plead guilty or not guilty? Sound off below.
