Everyone is ready to leave the drama behind except for Teresa on New Year’s Eve.

A new year doesn’t necessarily mean a new start for the Real Housewives of NJ. It looks like the never ending family drama will continue into 2011 as Teresa Guidice stays stubborn and refuses to make up with her cousin/enemy Kathy Wakile.

The housewives celebrated at the Brownstone where everyone was hoping to have a drama-free evening.

“You leave your troubles at the door and you party all night long,” Caroline says about the party.

But clearly Teresa didn’t get that memo as she barely acknowledges Kathy at the party. Everyone, including her bffs Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline Laurita, encourage her to move forward and start a new beginning for the New Year.

“I know this could be easily resolved if Theresa wasn’t so stubborn,” Jacqueline says.

And when Melissa Gorga tries talking to Teresa about making mends with Kathy, the drama really escalates.

“Kathy is party of our family she’s your blood not mine,” Melissa says to Teresa. And Teresa viciously rebuttals back and says: “she’s your blood.” Hmm. Looks like somebody is jealous?

Meanwhile, the only family members that seem to be getting along are the children.

Melissa and Teresa scheduled a play date for their girls, which Teresa arrived late for, where Gia and Milania Guidice played dress up.

So what can we expect for the New Year? Perhaps a Teresa, Melissa & Kathy vacation?

We’ll have to wait until next week’s episode to find out if Teresa will accept Melissa’s invitation.
