Roseanne wants to eliminate taxes, legalize marijuana and get rid of currency — do you think she could win?

Roseanne Barr has big plans that don’t involve her Hawaiian nut farm. The star of Lifetime’s Roseanne’s Nuts, appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Aug. 4 and made her big announcement — she’s running for President of the United States. She even asked Jay to endorse her!

“You know, Jay. I decided that since you’re the one who got Arnold Schwarzenegger elected as governor of California, that I wanted to make my announcement here on your show,” she says. “My announcement is that I am running for president of the United States.”

You’ll never guess who Roseanne wants to pick as her running mate!

I’m totally serious,” she explained. “‘Cause I want to be part of the debates, because I want to represent the tax payer. In fact, I’m choosing the tax payers as my vice president.”
