Kris Jenner is fighting mad!

The Kardashian matriarch was slapped with a lawsuit earlier this week by cosmetics company B&P—whose anti-aging eye care products she endorses—claiming her June facelift is a breach of contract. But Kris says her ‘facelift’ didn’t involve, well, her whole face!

B&P alleges that Kris violated their one-year agreement—which went into effect in March—by harming the reputation of the company and the Beautiful Eyes in a Bag products she’s endorsing, since it raises the question of why Kris’ eyes look great: From the eye care products or from surgery?

But according to a new report from TMZ, which cites unnames sources, “The lawsuit is bogus because Kris’ facelift didn’t affect her eyes in any way whatsoever…just her neck.”

Hmmm….do you buy that defense?
