Her legal team claim the 25-year-old will be in ‘great peril’ if she’s forced to return to her home city!
Casey Anthony was ordered to return back to Florida this week to begin 12 months of probation for a check fraud conviction. Her lawyers have already delayed the move pending a hearing on August 5 — and now they’re trying to have the order killed. Should she be forced to return?
Casey’s team plans to argue she completed the probation during the three years she spent in jail awaiting trial for the murder of her daughter Caylee.
They also claim she’d be at risk of harassment, attack or worse if she’s forced to return to Orlando.
Do you think she should be allowed to serve her probation elsewhere, HollyMoms?

Well the way I look at it, she should be in danger ANYWHERE she goes, because people WILL recognize her some people are crazy enough to do something about it.
