Glee star Lea Michele dishes in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar about her unconventional looks and her “diva” behavior!
At the age of ten, Lea saw Barbra Streisand‘s portrayal of Fanny Brice in the movie Funny Girl, and could already see herself in the character. She has always been determined to make her way in show business despite people telling her she can’t. “How many managers told me, ‘Get a nose job. You’re not pretty enough’? But I proved them wrong,” she revealed to Harper’s Bazaar.
The singer has also gotten a bad rap for acting like a bit of diva — and not just once! Lea, now aware of her reputation, explained, “People have to remember this is all new for us.”
“I’ve learned some lessons. But people are going to say what they want to say. I know who I am, and I’m not perfect,” she added.
We’re also glad Lea didn’t cave and get a nose job. She’s looks better than ever in these photos!
So, is the Glee star going to slow down after her character, Rachel Berry, graduates from McKinley high school at the end of next season? No way!
“I don’t stop. It’s my nature. People have to tell me to slow down,” confesses Lea. “I plan on playing every role on Broadway. I want to do Evita. I want to do Sweeney Todd with [Glee costar] Chris Colfer. We want to do Wicked. I’ll be Elphaba and he wants to play ‘Guy-linda.’ I want to do movies, make music. Glee is only the beginning.”

I love her , her character, her voice, her look. in my opinion in glee she’s the whole dam show she carry’s it.
I don’t mean that in a bad way to take away from anyone else on there. I just think she’s awesome and i can’t picture glee without her.
