Jesse tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that he thinks ABC asked Ashley & J.P. to hold off on getting married so that people will focus on former ‘Bachelorette’ stars Ali & Roberto’s union first!
Bachelorette Ashley Hebert and her fiance J.P. Rosenbaum haven’t made plans to get married yet — all they have said is that they are aiming for a date in the fall of 2012. Former Bachelorette winner Jesse Csincsak tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively he thinks ABC has asked Ashley and J.P. to delay their wedding plans until after Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez tie the knot so that the network can get good coverage on both big days!
“I think it may have something to do with [Ali and Roberto getting married first],” Jesse explains. “I think they are already in the planning stages of Ali and Roberto’s. They are not going to even think about doing Ashley and J.P.’s until Ali and Roberto’s is done.”
Ashley and J.P. do have the choice to get married in private, but Jesse says that would be a bad move because ABC would pay for the whole shindig. “They could, but they’re not stupid,” says Jesse. “They know that’s worth income.”
Their wedding not only means cash for them, but for the network as well. “ABC gets 60-70 percent of any income they make off their wedding,” reveals Jesse.
But Jesse also thinks that it’s a smart move for Ashley and J.P. to hold off on saying “I do” so that they will have more time to get to know each other better.
And Jesse can see Ashley making it work with J.P. for the long run, especially over Ben Flajnik. “I couldn’t see her in California sipping on wine all day,” he shares. “She’s a little too active for Ben. J.P.’s more her speed.”
“You can tell that they are in the honeymoon stage and are definitely into one another,” says Jesse. “I wish them luck and hopefully we’ll see them in the future.”

I think they’re a great couple. I hope that continues and that they get married as soon as they feel comfortable. :)

Ashley and JP, please, get married ASAP and don’t repeat what happened with Ali and Roberto. The whole idea is that you love one another. Ali and R. did, too, but troke up because of petty quarrels over virtually nothing. I believe they would be together if they had married ou should do it sooner rather than later. It’s for you, not for anyone else, now. If Ali and Roberto could only see that. When you take the Big Step you are treating each other with more respect. You back up and think, “Isn’t that silly, arguing about what to eat tonight…[or whatever they began arguing about].” You found one another in public. Now make your lives together and get it done. You have the encouragement of a lot of people. Don’t keep putting it off. I kinow it is none of my business but when you splash your lives on TV it is expected that a fan or two will try telling you how to live your lives! And I jsut did! But I had to. Get hitched, fast.
