The social media site now allows expecting women to post the news of their babies-to-be on their profiles!
Facebook users have been able to list family members since December 2010, but on July 27, the site revealed a new feature. Expecting families can now add “Expected: child” to their family list!
Next to the expectant child, users have the option to list their due date and the child’s name — that is, if they’ve picked it out already!
When a user decides to list this, the update is published to their friends’ News Feeds, allowing everyone to celebrate the momentous occasion!
