I personally have never been a fan of just lining my top lash line. I think it makes someone look tired since it is so top heavy. Do YOU agree, HollywoodLifers, or am I totally off my makeup game?

o wow she only uses liner. y would she need mascara when she has huge fake eyelashes. i love how movie stars make all these comments about how natural they are when they have fake hair, eyelashes, and tans.
