Kim filed a $20 million lawsuit against Old Navy for using her ‘likeness’ in an ad and now the actress/model that is featured is firing back at Kimmy!
Does Kim Kardashian have too much time on her hands? Melissa Molinaro, the woman that started a firestorm in Kim’s world is speaking out against the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star. Melissa took to her Twitter to slam Kim for filing a lawsuit against Old Navy.
“We’re still talking about this?! It’s JULY this aired in February … some people have too much time on there [sic] hands,” Melissa tweeted. ”I’m blown away by all your support and blessed to have an amazing family & friends like you!” Melissa added.
Kim is in the middle of putting the finishing touches on her Aug. 20 wedding to Kris Humphries but she is still staying on top of her career. Do you think Kim needs to chill out or should she continue to power through with this legal battle?

Can Kim be anymore conceited?? Long dark hair can’t be trademark, neither can one’s looks. Melissa may look a lot like her but since she’s not acting like an impersonator to take work from Kim there’s really nothing to make a pig squeel. If looking like someone alone is enough keep someone from succeeding, Helen Hunt better go after Leelee Sobieski for taking potential movie deals.
Come on Kim, everyone knew it wasn’t you by the time the commercial finished…Melissa danced really well.
And please, Reggie bush obviuosly has a type. Now he’s just going for the less annoying version. It’s not Melissa’s fault she’s equally attractive.
