A little over a month after being released from rehab, and days after failing a court ordered drug test, the ‘Teen Mom’ was caught smoking weed! When will she learn?!
A violation report from last week states that Jenelle Evans, 19, “tested positive for THC on July 13 and admitted to using the same,” resulting in a follow-up court date which could lead to her spending 45 days in jail. Jenelle found all of this out on July 15 and now photos have surfaced of her smoking weed on July 17! What is she thinking?!
Not only is Jenelle still involved in ongoing legal battles, but she’s also a mother! She’s already spent 30 days away from baby Jace while in rehab, she can’t afford to lose another 45 in jail. If she keeps this behavior up, she could lose Jace forever!
Jenelle was in court today, July 22, for a hearing regarding her video beat down case. Her attorney, Dustin Sullivan, tells us her next court date for this case will be Sept. 9.
Here’s hoping that Jenelle gets her head on straight and stops making these destructive decisions!

back off over half of americans smoke pot now a days, go to websters dictionary the term drug is a man made substance, marijuana is not man made so i dont understand how people think its a drug its clearly an herb.
