A violation report says that Jenelle tested positive for THC on July 13 — and that she hasn’t paid her court fees or attended the required follow-up care program since leaving drug rehab! Bad Jenelle!
So much for Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans getting her life back on track and being drug-free after going to rehab. Jenelle has broken the terms of her probation by testing positive for THC, a substance found in marijuana, according to RadarOnline.com.
A violation report dated July 13 reads that Jenelle — “the defendant tested positive for THC on July 13 and admitting to using same.”
“The defendant was discharged from inpatient drug treatment on June 7 and recommended aftercare/discharge plan was not followed,” the document says. “Since the defendant’s discharge from inpatient treatment she has failed to follow up with any aftercare.”
The document also points out that Jenelle owes $320 in court fees.
Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollyBaby.com that the report has a court date set to go over the violations. He also says that Jenelle’s NOT behind on payments: “She’s up to date in the past week with her court payments.”
As of now, Dustin confirms that he has seen the violation report, but has yet to speak with his client about what happened.
Jenelle and her attorney will appear in a Brunswick County, N.C. courtroom on July 22 to face charges from her brutal fight caught on film. Dustin shares with us that he expects the case to be continued.
