New reports reveal that Marc’s control issues forced her to demand a divorce — as early as last year!
Details regarding Jennifer Lopez’s divorce from Marc Anthony are slowly coming out — Marc was a control freak, he was jealous of J. Lo’s career, became upset when her mom moved in to babysit the kids — but Star reports that ‘Jenny from the block’ has been battling Marc’s bad attitude since last year when she initially demanded a divorce!
“Jen told him she wanted out of the marriage late last year but he begged her to stay,” a source reveals. “She stayed but she was miserable until finally she couldn’t take it anymore.”
On top of his demands for authority in the relationship, Jen could not take any more of Marc’s irresponsible spending. He owed $3.4 million in liens and she told friends, ““I’m not bailing him out.”
Despite announcing their divorce just last week, the couple remain very public with their separation. “They say I am a single man,” Marc said in a recent concert before receiving gracious applause from the crowd. Similarly, J.Lo announced to a Ukranian crowd, “I’m happy!”
